Bottom Line: I can highly recommend buying the Francis Francis X1
Positive Product Points

The design is second to none no matter what others might say or mean. But maybe it is because I am Scandinavian. We simply don't like bulky platic silver metallic painted toys which are presently flooding the market.

It is VERY EASY to use. And if I you concentrate your efforts on the using E.S.E. pods (only !! - the machine was designed for E.S.E pods don't forget that) you get perfect result. The crema and the temperature is perfect by way.

Negative Product Points

The steam valve is placed in an akward position which makes it very difficult to use with a good result. So best forget about making cappucinos.

Detailed Commentary

As mentioned the design and the looks are second to none. You can actually stand looking at day ind day out ...not like the these horrid Krups or Starbucks products.

It is very easy to use and it heats up in only 3-4 min. A cup of espresso is ready - and hot !!! - within 5-6 min. And after drinking your espresso it is easy and simple to clean - there is practically nothing to clean by the way.

And finally it is a heavy little machine, the result being, that it does not "move around" on the table.

Buying Experience

Easy to buy no complications there - but a bit expensive. But the again good clean design will always cost you ....
