Bottom Line: Nice design good quality on the outside, but the inside mechanical components do not match same quality
Positive Product Points

Design is a plus, received much complements from guests about the beautiful design

Negative Product Points

Weak and laud pump, the temperature gauge just stopped working after 3.5 years of use.  No value for the money.

Detailed Commentary

They spent all the money on the desing and not on the inside components.  Machine stopped working after 3.5 yrs.
The design of the exterior is superb quite an eye catcher.  The problem with this machine is that the inside components do not match the quality of the outside design.
To operate machine need to run some water through it to ensure proper temperature, it takes a while to warm up and this expedites the process and ensures that your brew comes out ok.
If you are looking for design this is the machine, but beware that the quality is sketchy and poor.   I would not purchase this machine again.
For the money spent (almost $500) I believe their are better choices available (i.e. Expobar).

Buying Experience

Ok experience, bought machine  through Williams Sonoma
