Detailed Commentary
Shopped around a bought this Kenwood Cafe Retro from Whittards in the UK. Worked very well if not a little messily for around 6 months. Produced good crema (not excellent). Inconsistent shots but suspect due to tamping / grind. Generally pleased with it until it lost steam pressure. Return the product to Whittards - very good customer service. Happy to replace - opted for a demo models (only red left). Took home to find it had the same issue. Suspect design fault. Full refund given from Whittards who were very helpful.
Buying Experience
Whittards give excellent customer service. Friendly, helpful staff. Great for the UK which can be a bit rubbish for customers service!
