Positive Product Points

Extremely user friendly.  Great results.

Negative Product Points

Not for those who like the process of making their own.  Also a little large on the counter compared to others.

Detailed Commentary

For those who like espresso regularly and don't have time to always tamp and fuss this is a great machine.  Look for a bargain on e-bay.  Got mine as a floor model for just over 400.  It had only been used for several days.  The directions are very self-expanitory and has an easy to follow de-scaling program.  My wife would have liked a smaller machine.  Their are some cool looking ones on the market.  However she has come to like the ease of making the coffee without a mess.  There are different settings which allow for adjustments in the kind of espresso one enjoys.  For some, the process of grinding, tamping and extracting can be a relaxing endeavor.  While you don't get that with this machine, you will use it more often.

Buying Experience

I have lots of other coffee devices, but this is my first quality espresso purchase.  I have friends who have bought other models.
