Bottom Line: I will not buy this manufacturers products but will try to fine a machine that works properly and has a service net work to fix it.

Bottom Line: As a newbie, I would buy this machine again, but don't bother buying this or any other espresso machine if you aren't willing to get a really good grinder and spend the time researching how to make good espresso.
