Positive Product Points

A step up from steam powered machines.  Fairly easy to use for a novice.  Good steamer.  Easy to clean.

Negative Product Points

Worked for about 3-4 months then mysteriously died.  Pump still sounds as if it's working but it's not drawing water from the tank.  Difficult to check inside of machine.

Detailed Commentary

Bought this machine after using steam machine for several months.  Initially very excited about product.  It worked well, was easy to use and was definitely an improvement over my previous machine.  3-4 months (of gentle use) later, it began to appear to lose pump pressure, and would hardly pump water through coffee (regardless of grind) I attempted to check the inside of the machine, but was unable to remove the base to get a good look inside.  Frustrated (and hooked on "better" espresso) I bought a Silvia (thanks to Coffeegeek)   There is absolutely no comparison.
