Bottom Line: If you are a newcomer and want a machine thats easy to use and in the mid range of consumer brewers, this is a good product.
Positive Product Points

Very easy to operate for first time users, aesthetically pleasing on the kitchen counter, appears to be built well (time will tell)

Negative Product Points

Agree with others that the steam wand could be a little longer

Detailed Commentary

We recently decided that we were tired of handing our hard earned money over to the national chain coffee houses so we could enjoy a Latte or Espresso. We were not ready for a professional grade machine, nor did we need one, so we did a little research and decided on the Cafe Roma.

At this point we have only made a few Latte's but wow are they great and easy to make. This looks to have been a great investment and we look forward to making many more. We still need the experience that comes with use so we can figure out the proper grind and tamp, but we are very pleased with our purchase.

Buying Experience

Nothing bad to say, walked in bought it walked out.
