Detailed Commentary

This is my 1st espresso machine. I was very happy with this machine for months until I joined CK's and learned I have plenty to learn. The machine makes what I think is a decent cup. I know now that it has a cheater for crema so I will be learning all over when I move up in machines. It's been a great starter though, and other than a broken tamper I have had no problems at all. I make espresso once or twice daily and I steam milk for my wife's hot chocolate. The water tank needs filling almost daily and I just open the lid and pour water in with a glass. Not really a hassle. I wouldn't buy another one, but  I must say it did hook me on espresso's and roasting my own beans.

Buying Experience

Picked it up, paid and walked out.
