Detailed Commentary
Watery espresso, fussy filter basket, noisy. Have tried multiple grinds and combinations, and finally have realized---it's not my fault after all. This thing just sucks. I wish I found this list before buying, as all other user complaints are what I've experienced. The pressurized basket is nothing but trouble. Seems that the double-shot basket is necessary just to get a little flavor. Also, be careful when removing the frothing wand as the two little bushings can be easily lost but not easily replaced.
Buying Experience
Buying was easy, returning after two years isn't an option, unless the local W-S takes pity.
