There is only one thing you need to know about this machine--MADE IN CHINA.
I just wanted to post this to let everyone out there know what crap this thing is. I have used it daily for 2 years. It has been plagued with electrical problems...stops working randomly, shorts out, electrocutes me... More irritating is it leaks water in such a way that it drips into your brewed espresso in such a way that you cannot stop it. After 2 years of suffering, I finally broke the anti-tamper screws on it and opened it up. Every screw was rusted, there was standing water inside the electrical compartment and much of the cheap plastic and most of the seals were hard or cracked or completely gone.

Still terrible. Barely works. Will be replaced this week with an Oscar. Straight to the trash.
