Detailed Commentary
We took good care of the machine, used softened water, descaled the machine every 2-3 months.
I was very happy with the machine until it started having problems. In summary I have changed 3 light bulbs, one boiler, 2 thermocouples, two shower heads and 2 leaking gaskets. You think a manufacturer would be able to select a light bulb that worked?
Overall the need to repair a machine 9 times in two years is absolutely unacceptable. I was fortunate in that Morala took care of the problems that we had and was able to turn the machine around in a couple of days each time.
I would strongly recommend that you avoid this brand altogether until they can clearly demonstrate a much more robust quality control process. Stick with something with a solid reputation.
