Beautiful looking and delivers great espresso, not to be missed
Positive Product Points
Looks great and feels solid and well made. It has a good powerful steam arm which will happily steam half a litre of milk to barista quality, I've even managed to get some latte art with it. I use the illy pods in mine which are great.
Negative Product Points
Switching between water and steam can take a few seconds and steam buildup can pass out with the water when making the espresso, so need to vent it first if making espresso after steaming.
Detailed Commentary
I looked at some other machines for the home by Gaggia and a very similar looking machine, the X1 by Francis Francis. By comparison they felt cheap and tinny (plasticy for the Gaggias) and were massively over priced. The X1 in stainless steal was £475 GBP, compared to £350 rrp of the Innova Dream, why would any pay that much more?
This machine is a real stunner and would look good in any kitchen, with so many colours to choose from there can be no excuse not to buy one. It's a real talking point and a few of my friends have since purchased one too.
The coffee is great, the milk steams quickly enough and overall the product is great. I've not had any problems so far. Highly recommended.
