Positive Product Points

-quality of build
-ease of use
-consistent results
-very long life
-inexpensive repairs due to easy to find standard parts

Negative Product Points

vibro pump is noisy, an upgrade to rotary vane is perhaps worth investigating if it fits inside the chassis, this would be in conjunction with a fixed water supply mod.

Detailed Commentary

My model is slightly different in that I have a tap for steam rather than a button/switch. This machine, once you get to know it is a very reliable and stable machine. Paired with a good grinder and a nice coffee blend (like Schreyoegg's Bar or Delizia) you simply take the "god" out of the "god shot" every time..
Teflon steam/water wands and nice big hard plastic taps for steam and water on the "Ela" version make a satisfying and easy to use machine.  E-61 head with all the advantages that brings with it.

Buying Experience

I got it from a small store called espressosicilia and the owner of the store is a real bean-head, in short a man who stand behind his products and will not hesitate to take action to remedy any problems whether that be educating the customer to use the product or providing service and guarantees, the shop has its own in house repair and maintenance.
