Bottom Line: Best buy in the category - great espresso, perfect optics.
Positive Product Points

Great build quality. The components used are of a much better quality then for example those inside Isomac machines (pressostat, vents). Fast start in the morning - heating up in 10-15min. Very nice look (I have the manual version with the chrome switches).

Negative Product Points

The chrome needs cleaning... The manual that came with the machine is not worth to call it a manual at all.

Detailed Commentary

There were detailed reports on this machine and my English is not as good as it should be. So I will write down only a few words.
The build quality is outstanding. The housing and all parts inside the machine are of professional quality and better IMHO then the Isomacs or ECM machines I know. I adjusted the pressure a little bit lower (very easy to do) and now the machine delivers excelent coffee every day. There is a lot of steam available and so cappucino is no problem either. The water tank is big enough for me and - this is a big advantage with the Valentina - no problem to fill in new water because I don't have to remove the cups on the machine for this.

Buying Experience

taste it in Vienna helped a lot to find the best machine for my demands. They were very friendly and competent and I got a good price. The delivery to Cologne was no problem at all.
