Cappuchinore hasn't worked. When I bought my unit it came with a direct water line hookup and was set for it too! But who is going to wait for the plumber? And it's intimidating as hell when you first get it so it should have said that you have to go into the menu to set it for the water tank.
Detailed Commentary
I love my machine and miss it dearly when I travel. I have my machine hooked up directly to my reverse osmosis water filter. I have yet to do any scale related maintenance. The capp. maker has never worked though and I didn't try to use it until a year after I bought it. Still I need to get my lazy a** over to the dealer (3mins away-yes...) and see if the problem is the funny looking attachment. Anyway...
The machine produces amazing coffee at the touch of a button. What more could you want? I would buy one again in a heartbeat. I do wish there was a second bin for decaf but there is only one I've seen and it's $8000US :0
Buying Experience
Got it $100 cheaper than anywhere else from a rather expensive highend store. Cheaper than the internet too! And helpful with the water issue above.
