Positive Product Points

Looks prity, a lot of electronics, quiet operation, nice coffee.

Negative Product Points

Despite the fact that most of the parts are stainless steal, there are a lot of plastic parts inside the machine. I am not sure about the durability of the machine.

Detailed Commentary

This  is my first coffee machine and I bought it mainly because my wife needed one. What made me buy this machine was the stainless steal components inside the machine, ceramic grinder and ...the look. This was the pritiest machine I have seen so far. From the first day we took the coffee maker out of the box it has performed great. Setting the machine was easy. The electronics are amaizing. Every thing is soft tuch and real art.   Easy to maintain and clean. The coffee is realy wonderful but I guess this depends and on the coffee you buy. No troubles so far and very happy with the purchase.

Buying Experience

I was split between three machines: Gaggia, Jura and this one. Jura was above my budget and was out. Gaggia was highly recommended by the sale's person. It looked OK but when I read that the hoses inside are plastic I started to look for alternative. Also a few reviews written about Gaggia showed some dissatisfaction amongst the customers.  When I saw the Saeco Serious, it was really wooo and so far no regrets.
