I had to buy this machine for a start up business that  I was also to manage.  Originally I was going to go for a La Marzocco, which is a great machine also, because that was what I had previously worked on.  I was put in touch with Steve from Beverage Equipment Specialists who had a demo model of the Classe 10 in his shop.  He brought me in, hooked up the machine and just let me play around on it for a couple of hours.  At first I was a little skeptical, especially when he made reference to the "Automatic" features.  I am a purist, and like to do espresso the old fashioned way, plus the Barista/customer relationship was an important part of this business, and I didn't want to affect that buy push button, hands off coffee making.  But I must say, the Classe10 blew me away.  

So I ended up buying the demo model (which was brand new) for $2000 less than what it goes for new (about $8500 for a two group), and that's about $4000 less than what I could have bought a new La Marzocco for.    I have had the machine for a little over a year and I love it.  I have had no problems with it besides having a leak in one of the steam wands, which was fixed for very cheap (under$50).  One of the features I really like is the auto back flush function.  You simply insert the blind filters pop in a tablet of pure cafe, hit a button, and it runs through the cycles for you.  Another cool little add on is the little LCD screen in the center of the machine, which gives you a read out of your extraction time after each shot.  I am told to that Rancilio is working on an upgrade for the machine that would essentially enable you to connect you laptop to the machine and get some interesting information like what kind of shots your employees are pulling when your not around.  

I would definately buy this machine again.  I haven't seen it around much, but then again I am not able to travel much.  The La Marzocco is still the best looking machine out their (well apart from the Rancilio E62) but for the price the classe 10 will serve you just as well if not better.

I bought this machine from a small company call Beverage Equipment Specialists.  It was a great experience, customer service was never better.   They are still who I use to service my machine.  Steve, the owner has been doing this for a long time, and for good reason.  I wouldn't buy from anyone else.
