Fit and finish are excellent. This is a top quality machine that is very functional.   Water tray is large.

Water filling is a bit awkward but if you plumb direct you have perfection

I have had the Andreja Premium for one year and I can say that I would buy this machine again today without question. Excellent value, beautiful, and the best espresso I have had anywhere outside of Chis's coffee show room. That is saying a lot when you have a home in Italy and visit the coffee bars there regularly when in country.  I did not initially install the digital thermometer but after about 4 months did and began producing shots that had better more consistant flavor. I would reccomend obtaining and installing this option. I did have one problem that required me to change out the pressure stat which Chris's coffee quickly replaced no charge and guided me through the simple installation.

This is a great machine but it is only exceeded by the great folks at Chris's coffee.  A year ago I was totally new to the espresso world.  People like Mary, Roger, Chris went out of their way to educate me and make me feel absolutely comfortable with asking  the most simple or complex question. Their customer service is outstanding and I know customer service.  You might select another machine because of your personal preferences but I would not select anyone else other then Chris's Coffee to establish this long term relationship with this important investment.
