Positive Product Points

Beautifuly made. Very solid. Ready in ~30 minutes and will stay ready with little excess heat. Great steam.

Negative Product Points

Can't tell when water is low without opening the top.

Detailed Commentary

This is my first quality machine and worth every penny. When compared to those machines in it's class, the Andreja feels more substantial and is absolutely beautiful. The portafilters are heavy and stay warm when emptying and refilling. The machine autocycles to maintain the correct pressure flawlessly so far.

Frothing is very easy and produces a rich finely textured product. The water reservoir is large but a bit difficult to see, making it difficult to tell when I'm running low. However, it can be plumbed to a water source for unlimited use. I havenít tried this but might consider it when Iím sure where I will permanently place the machine.

Buying Experience

I bought the machine from Chris' and found Chris to be very helpful. His personally written instructions for the machine were very helpful and practical. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great product and sound advise. I've had no problems so can't comment on post-sale service.
