Bottom Line: Sometimes the only thing that gives me the will to get out of bed is the unbelievable cappuccino waiting for me in the kitchen!
Positive Product Points

Very easy to use.  Solid construction and looks good on the counter.  Oh, and it makes friggin ridiculously good java.

Negative Product Points

When there is not enough water, it makes a noise that could wake the dead.  My security system isn't as loud as this thing.  Shhhhhh, it's morning.  Maybe a little chirping bird or possible a pan flute solo would be nice.

Detailed Commentary

We have just finished our first year with the machine.  It is much easier to use than this review which keeps telling me that my detailed commentary needs to be longer.  Anyway, our experience with machines was limited to Keurig and Mr. Coffee but we loved cappuccino's and started investigating on the web.  Two things concerned us; price and ease of use.  We spoke to the people @ Chris's coffee, viewed the website and felt comfortable that the machine would be user friendly.  The price was a little steep for coffee beginners like us but it has been sooo worth it.

Buying Experience

Bought on the web from Chris's Coffee.  I like these guys and are comfortable they will stand behind their product.  The guy I spoke with on the phone was cool, helpful, and the sale was easy.
