Positive Product Points

Build quality is excellent (this is a big item with me).
Ease of set-up.
Performance.
Aesthetics.

Negative Product Points

After letting this sit on my computer screen for over two hours, I was unable to think of a single negative. So I am not going to force one.

Detailed Commentary

I am a mechanical engineer and appreciate the build quality, materials, and instructions provided by/with this machine. My wife and I have totally stopped going out for espresso drinks - preferring only our own manufacture. Quickly purchased the direct connect kit and filter/softner option to compliment the basic machine. We (wife &I) were not sure we wanted to commit to the permanent counter top space, but after experiencing the quality of the espresso, realized it was here to stay.

Enough steam to do the wash (as in washing machine).

I did not have any real experience with a prosumer machine however the folks at Chris Coffee walked me through the basics, encouraged different trial & error experiments, and consulted with me on the failures. I was pulling excellent espresso shots within one hour of setting the machine up and that is from a rookie Barista.

The Macap M4 purchased with the machine is a ideal compliment.

The expression of you get what you pay for could not be more true - maybe you get more than you pay for with this product.

P.S. Buy the direct connect kit and filter/softner option - it is more than worth it and easy to install!

Buying Experience

Chris Coffee was patient, extremely helpful, not pushy. They have earned ALL my future business.
