Looks and feels well constructed. I really like that.

It just fits under my countertop (US standard height) if I remove the short rail on top that holds the cups. Not a big deal for me but it would be nice to have warm cups.
Detailed Commentary
Very high quality machine. I'm getting better at making espresso and silky foam everyday. The machine does its part but you have to learn yours. It doesn't take long. Recently, I discovered two techniques for getting the best foam without over heating the milk: I put my frothing pitcher (no milk) in the freezer for a few minutes while the espresso machine is warming up pour milk into the now frozen pitcher purge the frothing wand until it is very hot (steaming) and then submerge into pitcher.
Anyone have recommendations for a complementary grinder?
