Detailed Commentary
i have used my Pasquini every day for over one year. i was quite pleased with it initially, with my only reservation being that i wish the water temp were slightly higher, and the it had yet greater boiler capacity/twin boilers.
but, as the year went on, i found that i had to take it apart over a dozen times.
fix a noise - pump laying against case. redo... no steam in morning - attempt to dislodge sticking pressure relief valve; ultimately replace pressure relief valve. frustrating. . leaking around grouphead/gasket- replace ‘above cup seal‘ (already?), a pain in the neck.
i don‘t know if this is characteristic of the livia 90. my usage is about 4 pulls in the am, every day.
whole latte love was somewhat helpful, but still...
Buying Experience
i finally gave up on Whole Latte Love for tech support (too slow and too erradic) and switched to 1st Line. So far, I'm pleased with their support.
