Can leave it on 24/7; attractive; lots of steam; makes great espresso; I like the hot water dispenser.
Negative Product Points
Wish the pump that fills the boiler was a little less noisy (not much of a detraction, however); I really wish the steam wand was two inches shorter-- you cannot steam a large container of milk unless the machine is on the edge of the counter. The machine will set you back a grand, and after all the expense you will need to buy a tamper to replace the small, cheap one which is supplied.
Detailed Commentary
Paid $1,075 through Aabree. The first machine died soon after arrival, which was a bummer. Pasquini replaced it, and I have been very satisfied with the replacement‘s performance. You will need a good grinder with this machine-- my Starbucks Baristra didn‘t cut it, so I purchased the Moka which is a wonderful grinder. I‘ve used a La Povoni manual piston machine for the last three years, and though I like it, the Pasquini makes superior coffee, hands down. And my wife can use it. With home roasted coffee, I frequently pull shots with Guinness-like crema.

Three Month Followup
This is actually a 15 month follow up. To get better frothed milk I slightly bent stainless steel finish nails to plug up three of the four holes on the wand. Excellent foam now! Customer service at Pasquini is pretty lousy. The receptionist has poor phone manners, but everybody else is attentive to any difficulty. Unfortunately, they have screwed up every transaction between us. I've had two machine breakdowns: the first was doa and they sent me a new machine; the second machine I sent back 9 months later and it was returned bruised and unfixed. I refused to send it back for repair , rather, I had them mail me the part so I could fix it myself. Nevertheless, I like the machine and though have reservations about the company I might buy again.
