WOW, I am making great espresso and have impressed all my friends and family.
Positive Product Points
This machine is easy to use. It is the first machine I have ever owned and I was scared and intimidated by so much information of the internet. The quality of espresso I get is amazing. I am married to a chef so I wanted to make really good espresso and coffee drinks. We stay in now because the quality it so good at home now.
Negative Product Points
The cord coming out the side of the machine instead of out the back is strange and not the handiest placement. I do not use the frother on the machine, it seems too close to the tamper.
Detailed Commentary
I am so happy with this machine. The coffee is strong but smooth everytime. It is quiet and realiable. I do not cook or have anything to do with food prep in the kitchen so I was pretty intimidated once the machine was purchased and on its way. I went on-line and read so many articles on all aspects of espresso making, frothing etc... But here I am, making wonderful espresso everyday, and my chef husband would rather stay home and have it than go out and get it. The coffee taste is smooth and consitant. Clean up is easy and fast and its ready to go again the next day.
Buying Experience
I bought this machine used on e-bay, received it quickly and wrapped very well and have been happily making espresso since.
