Positive Product Points
This is a commercial quality Italian machine with one group head that is suitable for home use. It is a work of art both from both a visual and enginering standpoint. It is easy to use and maintain. Steam production and brewing are unsurpassed.
Negative Product Points
This is an expensive machine. Repairs, though seldom needed, are pricey in my community.
Detailed Commentary
I have had this machine for about 5 years and couldn't be more pleased. It is designed to be always on and ready to brew and steam, a definite plus in the morning or when ever. Brewing espresso and steaming are a snap as is cleanup. This machine is beautifully enginered and visually stunning. Only the Italians, who invented espresso, can make such a machine properly. It is the espresso machine equivalent of what you might get if you combined Farari and Mercedes automobiles. It is certainly more expensive now than when I purchased it so quoting my cost isn't going to be helpful.
