Detailed Commentary

This was my very first ever espresso machine and I found it extremely easy to use, right out of the box.  While I won't say that my first shot was all that great, it wasn't all that long until I was able to produce shots that put our local shops to shame.

The thing that I really like about the Mini II is it's just so darn easy to use that it's almost like having a fully automatic machine but with all of its features; it puts those machines to shame.  You can read the professional reviews, cruse all the forums, talk to dealers and you'll find that they all recommend the Mini.  You can also try and find dissatisfied users but you won't be able to.

All and all I'm tickled pink with my Mini II and in hindsight, I made a simply brilliant purchase.

Buying Experience

Chris and Mary @ Chris Coffee are wonderful folks, who go out of their way to make certain that you're buying the right products for your specific needs/wants.  I can't really say enough nice things about those two espresso experts but why not pick up the phone and see for yourself.

Three Month Followup

I'm still in love with this machine but only wish I'd bought it a couple of years ago.

One Year Followup

Blink and a years gone, yikes.

Back to subject at hand, which fyi I'm still head over heels in love with.  No problems at all and the only maintenance I've had to do is to remove a slight buildup of crude on the water level sensor.

I use RO water and have removed the vacuum breaker on the steam boiler to check for scale but so far it's been clean as a whistle.

1 year summary:

This is one of the best items I've ever purchased and plan on keeping it forever, or until La Spaziale comes out with something that I just can't resist.
