I first tried to buy an espresso machine on ebay, big mistake. Never buy a heavy and expensive machine form ebay. So I did 3 months of research and decided to go with the Vivaldi II from chris coffee. This was the best decision I made. The people at Chris coffee were fantastic very knowlegable.The machine is very well constructed and easy to use.The dual-boiler design provides simultaneous shots and steaming, without any waiting associated with single-boiler and HX designs. The 1250 watt, 2.5 liter steam boiler can bring 6oz of milk to 160 degrees in about 10 seconds! It comes standard with a 4-hole tip that makes microfoam easy to make. Chris Coffee certainly made me feel more comfortable with my 1800 dollar choice.
