Positive Product Points

This machine is awesome.  With good beans and grinder set right, consistently great coffee every morning.  Great price for  double boiler, pid, programmable temp and preinfusion.

Negative Product Points

The hole for the optional add on drain is small so the drip tray can backup when doing a lot of flushing -- however, it's rare to be doing that much.

Detailed Commentary

Flawless service from Chris Coffee, including Chris responding personally to some of my more obsessive questions.   The Chris supplied manual with guidelines and recommendations is very helpful. Love the looks and egonomics.   Easy to maintain and clean.   Brag on it to my friends all the time.   There is a learning curve to adjusting the temperature, pre-infusion, and pressure but once you get it, it's easy.   I Love the looks and egonomics.   Easy to maintain and clean.   It's especially worth it to learn how to adjust the automatic volume, because once you get it right, you can leave that and the dose as a constant and just focus on adjusting the grind to match the extraction time you want. Brag on it to my friends all the time.

Buying Experience

Fast service and great follow up support during the installation and learning phase.
