Positive Product Points

The Machine is Consistent in its pulls and very easy to use.  Cleaning is relativity easy  and so far no maintenance required.  The programmable function are easy to use and set.

Negative Product Points

The only thing I can say is update and write a more complete user manual.

Detailed Commentary

Love the Machine and would buy it again.  The shots that come out are excellent!!  Machine was easy to install and get going and I have had zero maintenance issues with the La Spaziale S1. I use this machine in my Bookstore so it does more than a home would and it performs on the commercial level with out a hic-up.  I have the Machine on for 12 hours a day and it can carry the load easily.  The only thing is if you are going to be doing pull after pull for hours straight, then it might start to lag a bit. For the cost and the needs that I use it for, it was well worth the money with out having to spend 4 to 6 thousand dollars for a bigger machine.

Buying Experience

Chris Coffee made the experience easy to purchase. They called to verify what kind of hook ups I had and sent the proper attachments.   I would recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a Espresso or Brewer.
