Detailed Commentary
Attractive, I like the chrome it is elegant looking. Great performance. Consistently great expresso with great crema. Foams milk beautifully. Makes one cup after another with no problems. It is truly quiet, went to a friends house and their heat exchange machine was very loud, it made me love the Duetto II. I embrace when company comes over its no problem to quickly serve everyone. Sides are cool to the touch and the steam wand is cool to the touch also. I am really pleased that I opted for the dual boiler instead of a heat exchange, this is much easier to use. This machine is everything I hoped for. No upgrade itis here. I am a very pleased customer. I did not know I would get this much pleasure from an expresso machine. It has become a ritual in our home and it has added to our quality of life.
Buying Experience
I love Chris Coffee Service. They are the best to work with. I was concerned about purchasing from a company on the East Coast because I am on the West Coast. I was afraid the distance would impact after market service, but they are great to work with and I have no reqrets, they really live up the their reputation. Duetto II arrived well packed. After sale service is the best. They have a great team who are responsive and answer all questions. I recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them for future purchases. No regrets.
