Bottom Line: Love this coffee machine. It has been a great investment, no regrets.
Positive Product Points

Retains good pressure.
Great for texurising milk.
Great machine to learn skills how to make very good barista coffee from grind, tamper & brew.
Reliable machine.
This machine is good qaulity and all parts are replacable.
Great investment.

Negative Product Points

The only negatives are that i have experienced condensation around the water tank. This caused the water level safty switch to rust that it ceased in the on position. But it was an easy fix.
Also caused some leaking from condensation only.
It took 2 years to for the saftey switch to cease in the on position, and replaced a gasket after 2 years, which is to be expected from any machine.

Detailed Commentary

Very simple machine to use.
Easy to clean.
All serviceable parts.
If you buy this coffee machine, you will have this machine for a long time.
Good quality stainless steel.
Looks great.
Look forward to my coffee every morning.
With a coffee machine like this makes you want to be a barista.
I was hesitant to buy this coffee machine at first, as I wasn't in the market to buy a manual machine, but no regrets.
I can't go back to a fully automatic machine.
You will appreciate coffee even more, it becomes an obsession.

Buying Experience

Great service at Bonissimo
Easy to deal with.
