This machine does everything I want a semi commercial product to do: water is hot and stays that way, easy to use and beautiful to behold, noise level when pump is on rather low; quality of espresso and crema excellent after calibration of grind and volume; frothing is easy and powerful, I love the mechanism to activate pump, much nicer than a button; cup heating is very effective.

Detailed Commentary
After having experimented with home espresso machines for 15 years,I was never really satisfied.The Isomac Millenium changed all that. It allows me to froth and make espresso without waiting for a cool down, it has the right temperature to make perfect espresso and keeps the temperature stable, it is easy to use but at the same time exciting to use the lever, build quality is first rate especially considering the attractive price. Most importantly, it produces first rate espresso with a thick crema and wonderful flavour. This is also true if you make a ristretto. Frothing is easy and fast. While the consistency of the foam is not as creamy as one produced by a commercial machine, it is very good. I am very happy with the purchase as well as the beautiful looks of the machine.Another added benefit for home use is the rather small footprint of the machine.
