Bottom Line: In a nutshell- we wanted a very reliable machine, with good customer support that can produce amazing espresso, if all other qualities of the process are in order and I think the Brewtus fulfills all of that-- it just needed a quick "makeover".

Bottom Line: Our brewtus has been on my counter for 2 weeks (edit: 5 years!) and it has fully delivered. The brewtus really is the best machine on the market. I'm looking forward to exploring the full taste of the great roasts seattle offers.
