This machine allows me to make extraordinarily delicious espresso and steamed milk. The temperature control is perfect and easily programmed. The pre-infusion is easily programmed as well and enhances the quality of the drink. The steam production is very powerful and allows for perfect micro foam. In 6 months I've had no problems whatsoever. I buy Stumptown Headbanger beans from Turnstile Coffee in Belmar NJ and from bag to bag produce delicious espressos and cappuccinos . I'd absolutely buy the machine again and give it my highest recommendation. I'd previously owned a LeLit machine and am thrilled with the improved quality and ease of use with the Dalla Corte.

Very pleasant dealing with Joel Cohen of Absolute Espresso/Dessert. He is knowledgeable, honest and quite helpful. He has a huge amount of experience with commercial and home machines. He recommended a Compak grinder which has been perfect as well.
