Product fails frequently - parts literally fall out.
Machine is easy to use; The automaticness of machine is great for newbies. I drink espresso and my husband just like a good cup of plain old coffee. I have trouble getting coffee hot enough if not using steam. Long time to wait for steam to reheat after coffee cycle. Unreliable - we are weekend coffee drinkers and machine has broken three times in 26 months. Once we did reach service, they sent return authorization for ups shipment; a flat $100 fee charged when they received machine; machine was returned within two weeks and packaged safely. However, second failure was only 4 months later. Then begins the challenge to reach service.
Lousy Service! Reaching a Capresso customer service rep is a challenge. Customer Service line is not open as advertised; long, long wait to speak to someone live; Capresso encourages you to leave message - long timeframe until you receive call back. I had to leave multiple messages.
