Positive Product Points

This was a great product initially, easy to operate.
Quick brew, nice crema, and great steaming action.

Negative Product Points

After a few months use, was repeatedly in need of repair.  Out of commission means no sales!  Had to resort to using my little personal model that just did not do the job on more than one occasion.

Detailed Commentary

I paid $2,600.  for this commercial espresso  machine that I used at Angel's Brew Bakery  for the entire time in Manchester Tennessee.
