Kevin P (quality: 8.4) 05.19.2004 Rating: 8.4
Bottom Line: Can be a useful device for roasting a variety of coffee.  Also has limitations.
Rick LaReno (quality: 8.3) 04.11.2004 Rating: 7.4
Bottom Line: So far, so good. Aside from some minor inconveniences the Z&D consistently produces great coffee.
Steve Johnson (quality: 7.0) 11.12.2003 Rating: 7.6
Bottom Line: Good roaster for the home,  allows for multiple roasts with fairly smoke free results -- uniform roast results
Mark Rabin (quality: 6.9) 09.08.2003 Rating: 7.6
Bottom Line: The cup tastes flat - I am disappointed that this machine didn't work for me.
Barry Stewart (quality: 9.0) 06.26.2003 Rating: 9.2
Bottom Line: Get one - you'll be glad you did.
Darryl Rehr (quality: 8.1) 01.15.2003 Rating: 7.4
Bottom Line: It teaches you nothing about roasting.  But once you have learned on a FR+, get Z&D for convenience.
Stanley Zolenski (quality: 8.7) 01.03.2003 Rating: 8.2
Bottom Line: A whole new, truly enjoyable experience to Home Roasting.
Robert Lichtenstein (quality: 8.3) 12.17.2002 Rating: 7.8
Bottom Line: This is a great machine for the beginner and the seasoned home roaster and is backed by a responsive company. .
