An air hybrid roaster sold through informercials and at some online vendors, relies on air and a rotating screw to agitate the beans. Has a near-smokeless design.

Rating: 7.4
Bottom Line: So far, so good. Aside from some minor inconveniences the Z&D consistently produces great coffee.
