Positive Product Points

Its easy to use and a fast tamper to handle with. It doesnt have a lower centre of gravity so you can feel the tamp. You can feel the grind of the coffee and it you can put a lot of weight behind it

Negative Product Points

My staff have dropped 2 and broken 2. Handles break too easily

Detailed Commentary

Used many tampers before and own 5 different types. This is the one i love. At times when i am busy i dont get time to change the grind so i vary my tamp. I can feel the coffee grind and adjust it to perfection. I can adjust it with confidence knowing it is going to be a strong to a water down espresso. The design has clean edges and is easy to use when busy. It fits my hand very well and my staff love it as well. If i was to change it i would make the handle a little tougher. It has perfect even weight and makes my lfe easier.

Buying Experience

espresso parts are great and easy to deal with
