Detailed Commentary

So I really liked this little guy up until about an hour ago. Since the steamer takes awhile to heat up I let it do so for ten minutes or so. Next thing I know the thing literally flew off the stove, spraying steam and hot water everywhere. Not only could that cause burns but also a pretty mean blow to the head. Not sure if this was just a faulty product, but I'd definitely be careful if you decide to try this product! Keep the heat as low as possible, don't stand directly in front of it, etc.

I was able to create microfoam once or twice, even with almond milk and soy milk, though, so it's a pretty good product, minus the safety issue!

Buying Experience

Everything was fine as far as ordering and shipping; not sure how the return will pan out.

**Update: Prima took the steamer back, no problem! A++ for Prima!
