This was a splurge for me, as I like whipped cream on my mochas, (Sorry Mark... :-( ). I did not like the idea of polluting the envrironment with whipped cream bottles that I throw away, so I spent the money and got this. I really like the cool factor when putting my whipped cream on my mochas in the morning, and I don't have to spend the money to go to Starbucks to get my morning fix. I can do the whole thing at home and look cool doing it!! :-) I really like the fit and finish that goes into Isi's products. The whole product is very heavy duty and well constructed. Everything feels nice to the touch. The cream comes out very nice and you can tailor your recipe to your liking. I don't like the fact that you have to buy the nitrous oxide chargers, but that is a minor inconvenience. The bottle is really hard to clean as well. Know this if you are in the market for one of these.
