Positive Product Points

Nice size and comes in a variety of colors.  Quiet (at least as quiet as a knock box can be).  Good knocking post.  After two years of use the post shows no sign of wear.

Negative Product Points

The box cracked right down the right side when knocking out a puck.

Detailed Commentary

This smallish box worked very well for us for two years.  The post fell out once but that was no problem and the rubber on the post is very nice and durable.  It never damaged our potafilter and looks as good as the day we bought it.  Fit right into our small space and right next to the espresso maker.  Looked good with our appliances.  It seemed sturdy and was as quiet to use as any knock box can be.  However, two weeks ago the box split completely down one side while knocking out a puck.  So much for it's long term durability.  I'm afraid I'll be buying a different knock box this time.

Buying Experience

Typical online buying experience.
