This coffee roaster uses a fluid air roasting system to roast approximately 3oz of green coffee per batch.

Bottom Line: This is a much better roaster than the old Plus 8 and a better option than a hot air popper because it is built to take the heat and has more control, as well as a chaff collector and a timer.
