Very easy, quick and fun. This little machine is a marvel in and of itself. The company is great and will help out with all sorts of problems.

Because of the small roasting chamber, it is very difficult to get a light roast- a major drawback.

I have not used another home roaster, but I've been quite pleased with this machine. The price is only $100 and it is well worth it. So long as a darker roast is ok, this machine is fantastic.
