Bottom Line: High Capacity - High Precision digital scale that is really an indispensable tool in my kitchen.   MUCH BETTER THEN THE EYEBALL APPROACH :)
Positive Product Points

The best thing about this scale is it's overall usability.  It comes with a very large bowl which came in handy, but I replaced the bowl with my personal Stainless Steel bowl that I use for weighing items.  That was a plus - that I could easily swap out bowls.  However the best thing in terms of usability is the 0.5 gram precision,  counting feature and net weight/ gross weight function.   I'm not sure if you know what these are but they come in very handy when mixing, counting or trying to build a master blend.

Negative Product Points

I first bought the scale without the optional AC adaptor.  After replacing the batteries every 6 months or so,  I gave in and ordered the AC adaptor.

Detailed Commentary

I've been using this digital scale for almost 2 years now without a glitch.  At this point I'd be lost without it.  If you're considering purchasing a digital scale be sure to get one that has very good accuracy.  My old Sunbeam digital scale read in 5 gram increments,  that made it pretty much useless for me.

Nowadays it's important to get an accurate digital scale, I use mine for almost every recipe in the kitchen - except for when my Mother is around (she prefers the EYEBALL approach)...

The display is backlit,  while it might seem to you that you don't need this feature,  I can tell you that once I've dimmed the lights a bit in my kitchen (knowing that company is already over and trying to set the mood),   having a backlight is really essential.

Buying Experience

Very easy and positive,  just go to www.cyberscale.com and order it online.
