Bottom Line: Produces perfect steamed milk and froth every single time. Easy to use and clean.
Positive Product Points

Just like the ad says, you put water in here and milk in here, press a button and out comes perfect steamed milk and froth every single time. The machine is small and compact and not too loud.

Negative Product Points

This machine is made of the tackiest looking plastic, mine is bright red(thus it was less cost than the black or white ones). The other parts are black rubber and I don't think they will last very long.

Detailed Commentary

Capresso really made a reliable idiot proof frother here. I can't make anything, yet with this machine I get perfect steamed milk and froth everytime. It is amazing. I put the water in one place, the milk in the other and press a button. Just as advertised it works like a dream. The downside is that this machine is made of the tackiest looking plastic you have ever seen. Mine is bright red, it was much cheaper that the black or white ones. All the parts that the water and milk come through when being frothed are black rubber. I do not think these parts will last long. They are cheap enough to replace as shown on the re-order form.  I guess that most people who would spend alot on an espresso machine and burr grinder are also the people that don't need this machine, they actually know how to froth on the espresso machine itself. I can't get milk to froth on the machine to save my life, thus I bought this Froth Xpress. I wish Capresso would make a much higher quality frother.

Buying Experience

I bought this machine new on e-bay, it was shipped quickly and was wrapped very well.
