Purchased this roaster from Burmancoffee.com, excelent service and highly recommended. The roaster works extremely well giving me a very even and tasty full-city roast in about 9-10 minutes. The timer goes to 15 minutes for those that desire a deeper roast. This roaster is a huge improvement over my previous roaster (Freshroaster) whicht gave me an uneven roast in only 3 minutes. This extended period of roasting time has resulted in more crisp flavors and undertones coming through to the final product. The roast is very reproducible where I am at the stage where for the same coffee, I can set the timer to the same time and come back in 20 minutes and have exactly the roast that I desire. If anyone is serious about this hobby, the price definitely justifies the rewards.

I purchased this product from Burmancoffee.com after speaking with the owner on the phone about the different roasters he had available. He clearly understood my needs in a roaster and steered me to the perfect fit. Even though there are more expensive roasters on the market and I was willing to spend the extra money, he convinced me that for what I want in a roaster, the Caffe Rosto was the one for me.
