I love the Behmor roaster. I owned a Iroast2 for 2 years or so. It was good as a learning tool but it's knickname is "Iroar" for a reason. It was so loud that it was tough to hear the cracks. The Behmor is very quiet, I can hear the crack from 15 feet away easily. I personally don't want to play with temperature profiles. I just use the recommended profiles and the beans come out great. I have done 25 roasts now with beans from 4 different countires and am happy with all but one. I over roasted my first batch. IThe instructions that came with the roaster are good, but I got even better tips from Sweet Marias website.
All in all I love this roaster a wood strongly recommend it.
