Simple to learn and use. Love the fresh coffee aroma that fills the house. Just be careful to set the drum on the rollers. I got lazy one time and did not do this and burned a batch. Venting is a must, especially for darker roasts. Large roasting capacity is a plus for those who do not have time to roast daily. Bought mine at Sweet Maria‘s for $299 plus 8 lbs of green coffee beans.
